Roasted Red Potatoes {My Go-to Potato Recipe}

Roasted Red Potatoes with Lowrey'sIf you think this post is sponsored by Lawry’s Seasoned Salt, then you would be wrong.  If you think this post is sponsored by my tastebuds, then you, my friend are one smart cookie.  I have today for your salivating enjoyment, an easy potato dish that is mmm mmm good.  This is my go-to potato dish recipe.  It uses only 3 ingredients- red potatoes, butter and Lawry’s Seasoned Salt.  You could use a generic brand seasoned salt but I prefer the actual Lawry’s brand.  Regular salt will not cut it.

red potatoesFirst start by prepping your potatoes.  If the red potatoes are large, then cut them into equal quarters.  I used smaller potatoes so I didn’t need to cut them.  Arrange them in a single layer in a glass baking pan.

roasted red potatoes butterMelt your butter and pour it evenly over the potatoes.

Sprinkle Lawry'sSprinkle generously with the Lawry’s Seasoned Salt.  Bake in the oven, turning the potatoes over half way through and re-sprinkling the Lawry’s Salt on them.

Cook until the potatoes are fork tender.  These potatoes are are great side dish for chicken, fish, steak and other meat.  I usually put a little sour cream on mine .  Growing up, my family would dip theirs in homemade Ranch dressing.  They are good enough to stand on their own though without anything on them.
