Eggless Cookie Dough

Eggless Cookie Dough recipe

A little while back I tried out a recipe for Eggless Cookie Dough.  It tasted like dirt.  So when my husband requested brownies topped with ice cream and cookie dough for his birthday, I was not excited.  I needed a better recipe.  I did some research, read some reviews and adjusted my recipe accordingly. The results? Yum, yum triple yum.

Eggless Cookie Dough

5 Tbsp Brown Sugar

6 Tbsp White Sugar

4 Tbsp Butter, softened

1 tsp Vanilla

3 Tbsp Milk

1/2 tsp Salt

1 Cup Flour

1/4  Cup Milk Chocolate Chips, chopped

Combine the brown sugar, white sugar and softened butter in a bowl and mix.  Stir in vanilla and milk.  Mix together flour and salt in a separate bowl.  Add flour mixture to the sugar mixture and stir until combined.  Stir in chopped up chocolate chips.  Spread the mixture onto parchment paper and shape into a rectangle. Try and get the thickness as even as possible.  Put the square of cookie dough into the freezer and freeze for 1-2 hours.  Remove from freezer and cut into squares.  Freeze until ready to use.

  1. My husband is obsessed with cookie dough. I personally think it’s so gross! But I’m going to make some of this for him. (To hide in the refrigerator and sneak when the kids are giving him a hard time, haha!)

Good idea Crystalyn! Just make sure you keep it in the freezer (not the fridge) for the best texture/experience!

  2. Lisa. Stop it.

  3. (om nom nom)

  4. This is right up my alley!! Will have to try it!

  5. Somehow these little devils showed up in my freezer. Whoops, sinful. Thanks!

  6. Hey Lisa and thank you so much for posting this egg-less recipe.

I just forwarded the post to a friend who’s 5 year old daughter would love this. She is highly allergic to eggs so anything that makes her life a little better in the baking – or in this case – non-baking department, is a hug WIN for all concerned 🙂 You’ve made a little girl very happy!!

Take care Lisa and all the best.

  8. Oh my goodness I could eat that all day. I too had trouble finding eggless cookie dough recipes. I was looking to make a frosting with cookie dough and all of them tasted starchy. Glad you found one that works for you too!

Glad I am not the only one Korilynn! Everyone was gushing about the other recipes and I thought they were disgusting! Starchy is a good word for them. How did you make your frosting with the cookie dough? That would be interesting. Thanks for stopping by!
